Deposits: A £10 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. If you wish to reschedule, your deposit will be applied to your new appointment. If you cancel, it will be fortified. 

Cancellations: You can cancel your appointment up to 48hours prior, otherwise you will be charged 50% of the service booked. If you need to reschedule, this must also be done 48hrs in advance. 

Lateness: A 15 minute grace period (10mins during December), after which, I may cancel your appointment if there isn't enough time to complete the service. 

No-shows: Failure to attend your appointment without reason, will result in 100% of the service being automatically charged to the card on file.

Includes a soak off of previous builder gel, cuticle work, nail shaping and re-application of builder gel.

BIAB (REMOVAL & RE-APPLY)

includes a tidy up of the natural nails, cuticle work & finished off with some cuticle oil. 

ideal for those who cannot get nails done but still want a pamper!

TIDY UP

Your nail will be repaired free of charge within 3 days of your appointment. Anything outwith the 3 day period will include a fixed price of £3 per nail.

Maintenance

Removal of gel/BIAB hands done by myself. Gel/BIAB will be completely removed and natural nails will be manicured and finished with cuticle oil.
