OPTION 1  [$20 +$5 for shellac taking off]:
Old shellac will be taken off by sanding the topcoat with nail machine - wrap them with acetone for 5 minutes then push them off with nail pusher and machine. 

OPTION 2 [$25 +$5 for shellac taking off]:
Nail machine will be used to sand the topcoat/surface only and do not touch real nails then wrap them for 10 minutes. Less damaging for your nails. Nail pusher may use if needed.
