Swedish Massage

My Deep Tissue Massage is designed to address chronic tension and muscle pain. Focusing on the deeper layers of muscle tension and fascia. This treatment can help alleviate and improve posture, range of motion, chronic pain, muscle stiffness, increase flexibility and soreness as well as circulation, especially for those who suffer from conditions like fibromyalgia or arthritis. 

Promoting healing and reducing inflammation throughout the whole body, joints and connective tissue making it an effective treatment. By using techniques of slow, deep pressure, deep kneading and friction, I use my hands, knukles, forearms and elbows, targeting the deeper layers of muscle tissue and reducing pain.

One of everyone's favorite massage that I offer is the face, head, neck and shoulder massage. This massage is particular beneficial for those who spend long hours sitting at a desk, hunched over a computer or phone or for those who carry stress and tension in these areas. Using various techniques such as slow kneading, gentle stroking, circular movements and pressure points. Gentle but firm pressure points on the head and face are specially good for those who suffers with chronic migraine, constant headaches and sinusitis (an infectious, acute stage of the sinus area that is congested with mucus). 

My Facial massage improves lymphatic drainage, blood circulation, release muscle tension (caused by daily facial expression), reduce appreances of fine lines and wrinkles, improve skin texture and tone and lastly promote a healthy, glowing complexion. Tailored to each individual needs and preferences, I will use special specialized products such as facial oils & serums. 

Face, Head, Neck & Shoulder Massage

My foot and legs massage is designed to target specific areas of tension and discomfort with sore muscles, swollen and tired feet that just need a break from the stresses of daily life, especially for those who walk, run or who are constantly on their on their feet. Using various techniques and pressure levels to healing and relaxation. 

I begin with a warm foot bath and foot and leg scrub which helps to relax your muscles and prepare them for the massage.

My Thai Massage with oil is a traditional and rejuvenating treatment that combines techniques of Thai massage by using my hands, knees, forearms and elbows to apply pressure along energy lines and release tension. Improve of blood flow and circulation throughout the whole body, which can promote healing and reduce inflammation. Thai massage with oil can be a deeply relaxing experience, helping to reduce stress and tension in the whole body. 

Alot have told me as I massage them, that it's a good pain. If you are not familiar with this massage, it might be too strong for you especially for first timers but it's relaxing and very relieving at the same time.

The health benefits of Thai herbal treatments are used to soothe, relieve pain, inflammations, stress relief, relaxation, alleviating fatigue, soothing muscles, tendons and ligament pains, soreness, improvement of blood circulation and for menstrual cramps. Not only is this relaxing for your body and health but also good for the appearance of your skin, promoting a glowing and healthy complexion.

This treatment is done by starting with a relaxing pressure massage and after rolling and dabbing the hot herbal compressors.

This is followed by a deep cleansing using steam and an exfoliating scrub to remove dead skin cells and unclog pores. Extracting if necessary. With the help of high frequency to safely kill acne-causing bacteria, reduces acne and futures outbreaks, minimizes inflammation, oxygenates the skin, etc. After the skin is thoroughly cleansed, a hydrating mask is applied to moisturize the skin and provide a smooth and soft texture. 

Back facial treatment is ideal for people with oily or acne-prone skin, clogged pores as well as those with dry skin.

Bacial (back facial)

A booty facial refers to a specialized skincare treatment that focuses on exfoliating, cleansing, and moisturizing the skin on the buttocks. It is intended to improve the overall appearance and texture of the skin in that area. 

Similar to a facial for the face, a booty facial typically involves steaming, exfoliating, cleansing with hydrafacial, applying hydrojelly masks or serums, also includes a 15min lifting massage of the buttocks. 

I offer this treatment as part of my skincare services, aiming to address concerns such as acne, blemishes, dryness, or roughness on the buttocks.

The result is beautifully tinted lashes that appear more voluminous and prominent, enhancing the overall appearance of the eyes. Lash tinting typically lasts for several weeks, gradually fading as the natural lashes grow out
