I am am an ex-dancer, bikini competitor and Online Fitness Coach. I have been in the Fitness Industry for 6 + years and fell in love with helping girls achieve their goals, not only physically but mentally as well. My main mission is to not only help you achieve your goals, but to teach and educate you in understanding the WHY behind every method and protocol I implement so that you can continue to maintain the results you work so hard for. I am not a quick fix coach and I believe every client should be given an education around why they are doing what they are doing.
