We understand that it can be daunting to go to an appointment with a person that you haven't met before, or sometimes you don't have the energy to be social. To provide additional comfort to our clients, we have included the option of a "Silent Appointment", which can be added on to any of our services. 

During a Silent Appointment, there will be minimal conversing (aside from the initial consultation to ensure that we are clear on what your desired outcome is) as well as soft music playing. 

Self care is so important and we want you to feel comfortable knowing that you can relax and unwind. This is perfect for those that have had a busy day, are exhausted or just need uninterrupted me time (and a nap). 

There is no judgement, or questions asked, when this service is booked.
