We begin with a consultation, as important as the massage itself, to understand how you are in this moment. 

We’re not here to “fix” you—we’re here to support you in reconnecting with your body and creating lasting ease. In a 1.5 hr session we can complete a full massage and go deep into one, possible two areas of the body. 

The goal is to develop an improved relationship with your body, grounded in presence and care.



1.5 hr Holistic Massage 

Holistic massage is an exploration, not a routine. It treats you as a whole person—body, mind, and spirit. Drawing from a range of techniques like Swedish, deep tissue, Lomi Lomi, and trigger point therapy, each session is tailored to your unique needs. 

We begin with a consultation, as important as the massage itself, to understand how you’re feeling today. 

We’re not here to “fix” you—we’re here to support you in reconnecting with your body and creating lasting ease. 

A 60-min session can cover the full body with a little more focus on one area, but more extensive work is best done in a 90- or 120-min session. 

This isn’t just pain relief—it’s a relationship with your body, grounded in presence and care.



1 hr Holistic Massage 

Massage often takes you on a journey, and there isn't a lot of time to do a consultation and go very deep in 45 minutes however this time is perfect if you are a little nervous about massage or want to get a feeling for what massage is like. 



Massage Taster

Lomi Lomi is a traditional Hawaiian massage known for its flowing, wave-like strokes and deeply nurturing feel. It uses more oil than other types of massage and a special sheet, so please book ahead so we can prepare the space. The treatment encourages deep relaxation, eases tension, and feels like being gently rocked by the ocean. For an even more immersive experience, 4-handed Lomi Lomi is available on request (standard hourly rate + £60)

Lomi Lomi

Just like out standard holistic massage, this massage will be designed for where you and your growing bump are at in this moment- we employ a range of techniques, from Swedish to deeptussye and Lomi Lomi. Depending on your size, much of the massage will be done in a side-lying position and employ techniques especially known to help the trials and tribulations that come when your body takes on the job of a growing a new person!

There is no causal link between massage and miscarriage, but as the general risk of miscarriage during the first trimester is higher, we prefer not to work on those with high risk pregnancy or a risk of miscarriage.

We also organise pregnancy rituals, a more spiritual version of a babyshower as well as a post-birth celebration known as closing of the bones. For more information on these please contact us directly.
