Full Body Massage 60 mins

This is the full body treatment, 

PLUS any extra work you feel you need towards reflexology, a head massage, maybe you fancy trying out the massage gun or the warming cups for a bit? The room is yours.

You can choose in person whether you prefer a swedish, relaxation, or deep tissue/sports style treatment. 

Back Massage Condensed

Brand new to the menu, this head, neck, and face massage treatment combines traditional Aryuvedic Indian head massage with modern pain relief techniques. 

Using the Indian head massage techniques, followed by further deeper treatment around shoulders, traps wrists and hands. 

- Ideal for overworked professionals needing a full physical and mental recovery session. 

Fantastic curative results for:
- Office/phone/computer aches
- Headaches
- Stiff neck 
- Jaw pain/TMJ
- Sinus issues
- Hair and scalp rejuvenation
- Mental and emotional stress
- Winter blues

This can be done fully clothed, but a shoulderless top is recommended. Towelling is also provided.

Do you have sore, cramping or achy calves, preparing for or just completed an event? Normally only available as part of a full body treatment, get your quads, hamstrings and whole lower half mobilised with this well received service. 

Leg and Foot Massage

Each massage treatment is held back to back. You can choose in person whether you prefer a Swedish, relaxation, or deep tissue/sports style treatment. 30 mins each person. 

Couples Back Massage

This is the full body treatment, 

PLUS any sports treatment required, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilisation, cupping, theragun, neck work, and any extra work you feel you need towards reflexology, 

This is the treatment to choose when you want to let me know you're okay with some harder work, elbows, tools, and movement of limbs.

Cupping Therapy
