 Traditional Osteo-Thai Bodywork is a therapeutic massage on the mat that focuses on energy lines, bone structure and joint mobilisation. Thai massage is a deeply emotional and somatic practice; within 72 hours after a session it is common to feel both physical and emotional shifts as the body rebalances. 
Her bodywork sessions includes subtle craniosacral -inspired tecquiques to support the cerebrospinal fluid as well as Fascia release to loosen tight connective tissue (fascia).

As a sound healing practitioner, She weaves sound into almost every session to assist nervous system regulation.

She continues to support each client in the 72 hours after their treatment and She is always open for any sharing or questions that may arise.
