I'm Debbie and I offer a range of Soft Tissue treatments including Swedish massage, Hot Stone massage, Sports massage, Myofascial Cupping and Manual Lymphatic Drainage treatments.

I work with you to create a treatment that has you at the centre. This could be for stress relief, immune system support, tight and aching muscles or total relaxation.

Combining swedish massage with hot stones creates depth to the treatment, heating the skin allowing for absorption of oils, targeting deeper muscle tissue and further relaxation. 

Hot stone massage - 30 mins

Swedish Massage is a combination of light to firm strokes focusing on releasing muscle tension and promoting relaxation.

Within this appointment we will have a consultation before relaxing into a treatment to suit your needs. 
Ideal treatment time to focus on legs or back, neck and shoulders.

Caesarean Scar Therapy

Swedish massage - 75 mins 

Sports massage is the perfect combination of techniques aiming to increase your range of movement and reduce muscle tension. You can expect medium to firm pressure, PNF stretching and mobilisation in this treatment. 
Not just for athletes, but for anyone looking for that deep tissue treatment to target tension from carrying out repetitive movements in daily life. 

Sports massage - 1 hour 

Add myofascial cupping to your Swedish massage or sports massage to target those problem areas. Myofascial cupping helps increase blood flow to specific areas, releasing blood stagnation and loosens adhesions. 

Myofascial cupping can cause marks on your skin that can last for up to 2 weeks. 

Myofascial Cupping - add on 

Hot stone massage 75 mins 

This treatment targets half of the body to focus on a more specific area - for example legs, or arms. No matter what area we focus on, the treatment will start with clearing the terminus area which is located above and behind the clavicle/collar bone.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage relaxes the nervous system, helping to reduce pain and improve the immune system. This treatment facilitates the removal of toxins, excess water and bacteria. 

This treatment can be beneficial for those suffering from oedema, skin disorders, sprains, aching muscles, digestive issues and for pre and post surgery.
