1-1 session will ensure you are not fast tracking movements and understand how to properly execute and support yourself. We can work on specific areas you feel you woudl like to focus on.

This therapy uses various techniques to release this tension, allowing for better movement and balance. One unique aspect is listening to the client's abdomen with a stethoscope to connect emotional digestion with physical sensation. Biodynamic Massage is great for those interested in the mind-body connection, offering relaxation, stress relief, increased body awareness, and support for self-discovery. It's usually recommended to have six sessions for those starting their self-discovery journey.

Remedial and Restorative Massage 45mins

Myofascial Release is a safe and very effective hands-on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the Myofascial connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion. Using low load (gentle pressure) applied slowly will allow a viscoelastic medium (fascia) to elongate. 

 What to expect during your session. 

 Each Myofascial Release Treatment session is performed directly on skin without oils, creams or machinery. This enables me to accurate detect fascial restrictions and apply the appropriate amount of sustained pressure to facilitate release of the fascia.

Myofascial Release stand alone appointment/1st apt

This treatments combines Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), and myofascial release (MFR) when necessary. I find combing these two techniques have better results. I use gentle, rhythmic movements to assist in the natural removal of lymphatic fluid from affected areas. I also incorporate silicone cupping techniques as needed to enhance the process. 

The lymphatic system plays a vital role in immunity, waste removal, and fluid regulation. When blockages occur, it can lead to symptoms such as fibromyalgia, swelling, skin issues, fatigue, insomnia, stress, digestive problems, arthritis, and migraines.
