All of our deep tissue sessions are named after typical weather experienced here in the coastal bend. The more severe the weather, the more depth of pressure and more advanced techniques are used. Our Tropical Storm is our 90 min deep tissue session. In this appointment, we begin to explore advanced Neil Asher trigger point therapy, and an intro to myofascial techniques are also used. This appointment is great for the active athlete, chronic pain client, and semi-experienced deep tissue clients.

This is a Local favorite! Show your feet some love with this service and keep your feet flipflop ready. Start with a natural house foot spray, followed by hot towels on your feet, to start relaxing your feet while cleaning them. We use a Foy's Urban farm sugar scrub, only found at Coastal Bend Dayspa, that contains arnica, ginger, clove, and other essential oils, to hydrate while easing tired swollen feet. After we massage the sugar scrub, we then let you melt away with more hot towels and a foot massage with Foy's Urban farmer shea butter that compliments the sugar scrub.

All of our deep tissue sessions are named after typical weather experienced here in the coastal bend. The more severe the weather, the more depth of pressure and more advanced techniques are used. Our Thunderstorm is our 60 min intro to deep tissue. In this appointment, we begin to integrate deep tissue movements into a firm Swedish massage. We allow clients to experience the sensation of active trigger points, as well as what deep tissue manipulation feels like. This appointment is great for young athletes, acute injury clients, and inexperienced deep tissue clients.  

All of our deep tissue sessions are named after typical weather experienced here in the coastal bend. The more severe the weather, the more depth of pressure and more advanced techniques are used. Our Hurricane is sure to blow away even the most experienced deep tissue client. In this 120 min appointment we use advanced Neil Asher trigger point therapy, vacuum cupping is utilized for spot therapy. Our therapist uses the deepest pressure to release the most stubborn of knots. This appointment is great for semi-professional athletes, frozen shoulder clients, and the experienced deep tissue client.
