Cranial Reflexology Bergman Method is a holistic healing technique that focuses on the stimulation of specific points on the cranium to promote overall health and well-being. The practice is rooted in ancient healing traditions that believe the head is a microcosm of the entire body, with each point on the map of the cranium corresponding to a different organ or system. By applying gentle pressure to these reflex points, Cranial Reflexology aims to release blockages and restore the body’s natural balance.
The principles of Cranial Reflexology are based on the idea that the body has an innate ability to heal itself. By working with the cranial reflex points, practitioners can help to improve circulation, release tension, and stimulate the body’s natural healing processes. Auricular reflexology follows the same principle as foot reflexology - your body is mapped onto the ear and I can address an area of concern with work on specific areas. I am also trained in ear seeding, this is a form of needle free acupressure using plant based seeds which can sit on the ear for up to 5 days so your treatment continues long after you leave the treatment room.
