Lasers have been an aesthetic instrument for many years with many methods. Laser energy can precisely cut, vaporize, or selectively remove or remodel skin and deeper tissues. Lasers can
be either ablative (destroying tissue in a controlled way) or nonablative (Moxi is the only non ablative laser I use) with the effect of stimulating tightening, collagen and elastin rejuvenation and production while turning over dull, dead surface layers to reveal smoother, brighter, softer and more firm skin.  Morpheus treatments involve use of multiple tiny pins (microneedles) of varying, controlled length which emit radiofrequency energy pulses. Tiny columns of controlled injury and heat are created to stimulate the skin and deeper tissue for tightening, generating new vascular support, collagen and elastin rejuvenation and overall improvement in quality and appearance.  Many benefits of Morpheus overlap those of laser options.

Description of Procedure: The PDO Thread procedure involves the placement of absorbable suture materials that stimulate collagen
and elastin production, may help tighten, smooth, volumize and or lift the skin and the subcutaneous (superficial fatty) layer as they
incorporate into the tissue. The procedure itself involves the use of small amounts of injectable anesthesia, a needle to make small
holes for entry (self-healing) in the skin and the placement of the PDO sutures in the subcutaneous level of the skin. The skin is then
guided over the suture material for placement. The suture material is not permanent; it is absorbed over a period of months.

Expectation of Results: The expected benefits of the procedure are improvements of the appearance of the skin laxity, texture and or volume in the area of treatment.  No guarantees are being made either in the degree of improvement.

PDO Threads

ThermiSmooth is a non invasive, comfortable, radiofrequency smooth paddle which is used for a warm massage at the face and or body areas chosen for treatment.  This helps tighten and nourish the skin and underlying soft tissue and fat for contouring and rejuvenating your appearance with NO downtime.  This is done in a series of 5 about every 1-6weeks then a maintenance treatment is done as desired, usually quarterly to yearly.

Vajacial?  Who came up with this term?  Anyway, thermiVa is like a magic wand for your vaginal symptoms from atrophic changes of dryness, laxity, some types of physical discomfort with sex, urinary leaks from stress or urgency, loose or deflated feeling labial skin.  Menopause is often the main cause of these symptoms but you don't have to give up on comfort and self esteem when it comes to your "lady parts" and bladder control just because your ovaries gave up on making some hormones!   Initially a series of at least 3 treatments is needed for best results and duration.  Maintenance can be done as needed, most will favor every 6 months but some may want quarterly sessions for a year or so.  You can let your budget, schedule and any inkling of return of bothersome symptoms be your guide.  Just be sure to have a gynecology exam without concerning findings within a year, sooner if symptoms are very sudden or involve bleeding after menopause or anatomical change you notice.

The Blue Radiance Peel will leave your skin looking and feeling more radiant, tighter and fresh.  This is generally well tolerated by even sensitive skin but be sure to discuss any concerns with us.  Prior to treatment, avoid exfoliators, retinoids or other aggressive products for 1-3 days as well as excess UV exposure, especially if you are concerned.
