Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. Deposits are required all the time non refundable. no deposit = no appointment if you need to cancel your appointment it must be 24 hours prior to your appointment for your deposit to transfer over. Same day cancellation and no shows will be charge a 50% of service.
