Ultrasonic cavitation tones the body using radio frequencies and low-frequency ultrasonic waves. These waves form bubbles around fat deposits under the skin. Your treatment does not have to be the same as your partner and most therapists can adjust accordingly, whether it is your shoulders and neck that is tight or just your feet, you are able to specify your requirements.

Four-hands massage is a manual technique aimed at improving and resolving body problems such as contractures, poor relaxation or circulatory problems. It is carried out by two different operators, who use their hands, forearms and elbows to apply pressure to specific points on the body, thus resolving imperfections and pain in the client.

A deep tissue massage is a particular massage technique that uses slow strokes and sustained pressure to target the inner layers of muscles, deep below the surface.
Adhesions can block circulation and cause pain, limited movement, and inflammation. Deep tissue massage works by physically breaking down these adhesions to relieve pain and restore normal movement. Massage therapists will use their fingers, thumbs or occasionally even elbows to apply the needed pressure.
