Deposit Requirement: A $25 deposit is necessary to confirm your booking that is to be paid the same day of booking your appointment. If you have a gift card please leave it in the notes. 

Payment Method: Deposits can be paid via our platform at 1st pay to Raegine.welch@gmail.com

Screenshot Confirmation: After payment, send a screenshot to us via WhatsApp at 246-850-5830 to finalize your appointment.

Service Acknowledgment: You must add this service to your booking to acknowledge the deposit policy. Failure to do so will result in payment being required upfront at appointment 

Non-Refundable: The deposit is non-refundable for any changes or cancellations.

Arrival After 15 Minutes:

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the late fee increases to $20.
Arrival After 20 Minutes:

Arrivals more than 20 minutes late will result in automatic cancellation of your appointment, and your deposit will be forfeited.
Communication:

It is essential to communicate with us if you anticipate being late. If you do not inform us of your delay, your appointment will be canceled at the scheduled time, and the deposit will be forfeited.
