As discussed with you after your treatment, we apologised for this inconvenience. As stated to you in clinic we have removed the Deep Tissue option from our booking system, as Remedial massage and Deep Tissue here at Alora Wellness qualify as the same massage. The reason why we have done this is, because with Remedial our clients can claim with private health insurance therefore our clients get a further discount, whereas deep tissue you cannot. We also let you know in the clinic we would offer you the 10% off the next time you came in as a apology for the time as you state being cut short 10 mins. As for your experience, every therapist is unique and will offer different styles of massage anywhere you go. We offered the best solution to you. As a small business reviews like this can be detrimental to us, it would have been nice for you to  raise up any issues with us before leaving a bad review so we can give the best possible solution. Thanks. 

Website doesn’t allow you to book a Deep Tissue massage. ‘Combination’ massage is supposed to combine relaxation, deep tissue, Swedish, trigger point methods - what I experienced was a weak relaxation rub at best…
Disappointed that there was no ‘deep tissue’ to that massage, I would have booked a remedial massage if I knew prior

Also, 1 hour massage was completed in exactly 50mins - 10mins short

I feel so relaxed after my massage, thank you so much. What a lovely space and experience.

My visit was good. My initial perception was that the reception staff could have been more welcoming. ( a Smile goes a long way).
The therapist was good although I felt my feet and legs below the knee were worked on more than my back, neck and shoulders.  
Also when I said:" I felt a little cold" the solution was a warm flannel to remove the massage oil and another towel to covering. I felt that the room temperature could have been increased by 1 or 2 degrees or  a warm towel would have solved the problem.
