Über
Ahimsa Massage Therapy was founded by Manuela Kondo, a Brazilian with Japanese heritage, based in Lisbon. Licensed in 2017 by Pacific College of Health and Science (NYC), she has over eight years of experience. Her focus is on deep tissue and relaxation massage, integrating techniques such as myofascial release, trigger point therapy, acupressure, tuina, and cupping. With a four-year TCM graduation at IPN, she applies a meridian-based approach to relieve tension, restore balance, and support emotional and physical well-being.
