Wow !!Agnes was so pleasant and helpful.I am temporary ( I hope) disabled,she understood my needs when getting undressed and dressed , moving in the couch etc..  I felt very safe , I felt very relaxed and happy after a great aromatherapy massage!!! 

Swedish Massage is whole-body massage treatment. Aim of Swedish massage is to improve your circulation and promote relaxation through soothing your muscles. It’s therefore quite different from deep tissue massage or sports massage. The techniques involve soft strokes over areas which are more prone to pain. Where the muscles are thicker, the pressure is changed and the massage can be deeper.

Cupping helps with muscle soreness and tension. Dry / pressure cupps are placed directly onto a problematic / tight muscle area. Often stagnant fluids (like toxins in the blood) are dredged up, as a result discolourination will appear on the skin. Rest assured that discolouration should fade away over few days and u one step closer on the way to recovery.
