Medical Massage is a clinical, therapeutic approach designed to alleviate pain and support rehabilitation of an injury or medical condition. It is a movement-based manual therapy that helps restore range of motion, break up scar tissue, release trigger points, increase blood flow and reduce chronic and acute pain.

Abdominal Massage focuses on relaxation and relief for gastrointestinal pain and discomfort. A essential oil blend of Ginger, Fennel & Lemon is used to energetically assist the body in reducing stress that may be associated with abdominal symptoms.

The stomach area can harbor negative emotions, trauma and stress as it is an area of vulnerability. Energetically working this area can be cathartic and very soothing to the central nervous system. After abdominal work, a herbal heat pack will be applied to the area to further encourage the feeling of comfort.

A focused session of Reflexology (foot massage) using Acupressure points for the stomach, large and small intestine meridians will end the treatment to create a feeling of energetic balance.

During this problem area focused session, Cups are used to release tension in the muscles while stimulating circulation. May include active stretching and range of motion exercises. Experience immediate pain reduction and increased flexibility.

Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle yet powerful technique that is effective in releasing neck pain, back pain, and mental stress. It does this by optimizing the movement of cerebrospinal fluid through the spine and around the skull. Developed by physician William Sutherland, this therapy provides a very soothing and relaxing healing experience.

Pin and Release is a movement based muscle lengthening technique that is highly effective at treating problems with muscle, tendon, ligament and fascia. Tight muscles are treated with pinning the muscle and sliding force intended to increase movement of the tissues by removing or breaking up adhesions. Very good technique for muscles that have been overused and caused repetitive injury and where scar tissue has built up.  Julio Solano is a certified Pin & Release Massage Therapist with specialized training in this modality.

Trigger Point Therapy is a style of bodywork that focuses on stimulating and releasing "trigger points" in your body. Trigger points are tender areas of tension similar to acupressure points, except they occur in the belly of the muscle rather than along the energy pathways of the body. These "knots" are built up throughout a person's life due to physical, mental, and/or emotional stress. During a session, focused pressure is applied through a variety of techniques order to release your trigger points. This process can be quite painful at times, yet the effects are lasting and profoundly transformative.

A full body exfoliation removes dead, dry skin cells and leaves a smooth, buttery soft and renewed appearance to your skin. After the exfoliation, enjoy a luxe body butter application to hydrate and moisturize. 

Radiant Glow Body Scrub 

A dry body exfoliation soughs away dead skin cells and preps the skin to absorb a rich application of Tea Tree & Grapefruit Kaolin Clay. While comfortably cocooned, a Coconut Oil Scalp Massage is performed to stimulate and moisturize the scalp while calming the nervous system. After the wrap, a warm scent- infused compress is applied to soothe the body. You are left feeling soft, invigorated and free of muscular tension.
