I booked 45 minute back massage which I received no consultation for , wasn’t asked where I had any tension , the therapist was lovely and pleasant but for £60 for 45 minutes it was just rubbing of my back js k with no tension relieved whatsoever , I also booked a facial when I was there which was a further 70 pound I never received a consultation , no skin anyalysis this was a very basic cleanse , exfoliate , mask and moisturise , no steam with the exfoliation for 70 I feel I should have received facial massage , no hand or scalp massage when mask applied - not quality for 130 pound !

Booked for a pedicure today...had never had one before and it was amazing. Massage chair, lower leg and foot massage, then toenails treated and painted. Such a relaxing experience with the lovely girl who worked on my feet (I'm ashamed to say I didn't catch her name) Shop is very clean and hygienic and the pedicure is reasonably priced. I'll definitely return for a pedicure or some other treatment as there are a few to choose from. A wonderful experience ✨️
