Chloe is just amazing! The use of hot stones is differant to any other sports massage I've had and it definitely helps with the painful parts! Chloe really works with where you need and also pits you at ease. Ive also had cupping done on a few occasions which i can also recommend. A sports massage is a deep tissue massage that focuses on specific areas of the body where you might feeling pain or that are just tight & knotty. 

The aim of a sports massage is to reduce the stress, pain, tension & knots that can build up in the muscles.

My sports massages can also include fire cupping or gua sha to get maximum results for not extra cost.

Sports Massage 

A hot stone massage is exactly what it sounds like. I use heated rocks to work on your tired, tensed muscles and release the stress and tension in your body. 

They are volcanic rocks that have a smooth surface and retain heat well. 

I would highly recommend this treatment either on its own as a gentle, relaxing massage or as part of a deep tissue sports massages.

Hot Stone Massage 

This is your classic relaxing massage for those that preferer light pressure.   

Swedish Massage 

This treatment involves massage to the upper back, shoulders, upper arms, neck, face and scalp, with you remaining seated in an upright position. 

It may relieve aches, pains and tension in your neck, back and shoulders. It stimulates the hair follicles and is said to improve the texture of your hair and encourage hair growth.

An Indian head massage stimulates blood flow, lymph and oxygen in your upper body, and therefore may relieve sinusitis, relieve stress and help you sleep better.

If you have a tense neck and enjoy your head being massaged then this treatment is for you.  

Traditional Indian Head Massage 

This treatment is perfect for anyone who wants to a brighter and uplifted appearance. Using a specific combination of massage techniques, the treatment provides an enhanced sense of tranquillity, peace, and relaxation which can help with symptoms such as anxiety, stress, tiredness, tinnitus and sinus problems.

The natural face lift massage uses slide and lift movements these lift and tone the muscles, while pinching, sweeping and smoothing techniques iron out wrinkles. These techniques loosen clamped muscles giving a softer appearance and, in just a few sessions, help achieve more defined cheekbones and jawline. Stimulation of energy points releases blockages for a fresher and relaxed look.

Natural Facelift Massage (Facial Rejuvenation)

Gua Sha is a natural, alternative therapy that involves scraping your skin with a massage tool.
