Loved it, great atmosphere and great service

No payment required at time of booking. A treatment on the feet reflex points to help with issues such as stress, pain, digestive disorders, anxiety, headaches. Reflexology stimulates reflex points on the feet that correlate to bodily organs and help boost the nerves supplying all the organs and body systems.  It lasts for approximately an hour plus a little bit extra beforehand just to ensure there are no reasons why the treatment cannot go ahead.  Reflexology is very relaxing and often people will drift off and enjoy the experience of feeling deep relaxation.  

Reflexology

No payment required at time of booking. Both gentle and invigorating head massage involving an upper back and shoulder massage as well.  You can remain fully clothed for this treatment, or remove your top and have a towel wrapped around you for a nice shoulder massage using some massage wax and oil for the hair.  This is a good treatment for the hair and head in general and will promote a sense of wellbeing as well as encouraging hair growth.  

Indian Head Massage

An hour's long session of reflexology working on the feet followed by 30 minutes of soothing Indian Head massage, whilst remaining lying down on the massage couch.  Normally I provide Indian Head massage in a seated massage chair, but for this treatment you can lie down for reflexology and remain lying down as I move straight on to providing the Indian Head massage for you.  We will work on the back, shoulders, neck, arms, head and face to provide you with an all-in-all thoroughly relaxing hour and a half of relaxation therapeutic treatment for a greatly increased sense of well-being.

A great way to try out this therapy for a shorter session to see whether you would like to continue in the future with the longer full 1 hour treatment.

Taster Reflexology

30 minutes of gentle body massage, 40 minutes of reflexology and 20 minutes of reiki. The massage is gentle and encourages deep relaxation.  This is followed by reflexology, which is working on the reflex points on the feet - also very relaxing, and at the same time helping boost circulation, blood supply and ridding the body of any build up of toxins.

Scalp Massage

An hour of reflexology followed by 30 minutes of facial and scalp massage. This is carried out lying down on a heated massage couch and will release tension, stress and anxiety.  This beautiful 90 minutes will see your feet receive attention through powerful healing reflexology, where the systems and organs of the body will be stimulated promoting toxin elimination, increased energy flow, and complete relaxation.  This will then be followed by a facial and scalp massage, including the arms and neck so that you can feel completely rejuvenated at the end of your session.

I can come along and offer you a choice of therapies, reflexology, Indian Head Massage, upper back, scalp & head massage, you choose, and you and your friends can enjoy some relaxation along with your precious time spent together. You can have 1/2 hour sessions each of the treatments and so it would be a great way of having some therapies at a great price and a wonderful way of spending the day! I will supply a massage couch, chair for the massage, oils, music, towels etc., you just need to unwind and relax! As the Big Day approaches, a Hen Do pampering day for the bride to be and her hens at your venue of choice, with me coming to you to provide reflexology,  seated Indian Head massage, or a lying down scalp and facial massage.  These are approximately 25-30 minute treatments to relax and unwind, and to have a fun and relaxed day with your bridal party. There is also a cute gift for each guest at the Hen Day! When you book, I will get a notification. Then I will get in touch with you to sort out where and when, and approximately how many. The price is £30 per person, for a 25-30-minute treatment per person.  We can discuss all the details and requirements via phone or email or text to ensure that you are happy with everything you are booking.  I cover Weston-super-Mare, and 25-mile radius.  I will bring all equipment with me. You simply turn up and be pampered :) I can travel a little further to you if necessary, but there may be a small surcharge of £10 per booking (NOT per person).
