A deeply grounding treatment ideal for anyone seeking relaxation, stress relief or suffering from digestive complaints including IBS, hormonal imbalances and poor sleeping patterns such as insomnia. 

The ancient healing art of Reflexology uses the stimulation of pressure points in the feet to promote health via the body’s energetic pathways. 

Through pressure techniques, a stable rhythmic stimulus of information is sent and received through the central nervous system impacting the whole body, measurably reducing cortisol levels and enabling the healing process of internal organs and restoring the body's functions. 


Rebalancing Foot Reflexology 

It originates from an Indian alternative medicine system called Ayurveda, (translated as the ‘science of life’), whereby it is believed that the mind and body are intricately connected and thus can influence one another. 

During an Indian Head massage acupressure techniques manipulate the soft tissues on the upper back, neck, scalp and face to release uncomfortable build up of tension and stress.

An effective ancient treatment that uses either warming oils to soothe and nourish hair and skin or no oils at all, making it a very accessible treatment, perfect for newcomers to massage. 

You'll be comfortably seated and invited to cosy up on a soft arm chair throughout the treatment.
Particularly helpful to those suffering from poor sleep and headaches.

Indian Head Massage

A deeply relaxing ancient treatment that removes physical and mental stress, and congestion of hard ear wax using Hopi Ear Cones. 

Effective and non-invasive, Hopi Candling (30 minutes) creates a sense of balance and lightness in the mind where negative energy in the head, face and neck regions is released with upper body massage (45 minutes) medium to firm pressure, and invigorating techniques. 

This is ideal for anyone suffering from stress, sinus and ear congestion, tension headaches, migraines and poor sleeping patterns.

Hopi Ear Candling Treatment & Holistic Upper Body Massage

I intuitively feel problem areas and use my knowledge and experience to apply a variety of modalities that aim at reducing the risk of long term health problems such as:

joint and soft tissue pain
movement restriction
circulatory problems 

to name some of the most common.

I combine deep tissue massage with the therapeutic effectiveness of trigger point release and sports massage techniques - these can cause some discomfort in a way that can be described as deep release rather than pain. 

I always end my sessions working on the head to improve mental clarity and free up the mind from stress.
