Louise is awesome!!! She's such a perfectionist with my hair, the attention to detail is next level! Not only that, she's also super friendly and approachable and on the days I have no idea what to do with my hair, she's like don't worry, I've got this - and she always does. The best part is she's completely honest about what's doable and what's not - and helps stop me from being impulsive! No bad hair days here!!!
