incorporating techniques from ayurvedic yoga massage, thai massage, chavutti thirumal, hawaiian lomilomi, and sports massage, this rejuvenating treatment is performed using nourishing organic cold pressed unrefined oils blended with essential oils. please request for oils if you have a preference for oils without scents. 
 
the session begins with a deep grounding pressure applied deeply on the soles of the feet, working up the body with slow and firm rocking movements to lull the body and mind into a state of trance. 

once in a relaxed state, the therapist begins the dynamic stage of the treatment using warm oil to glide and sweep along the energy lines using strong and broad flowing strokes with hands and feet to raise the energy level throughout the body. 

the session will conclude with a head and face massage in supine position, and savassatna.

this service can be booked as a stand-alone treatment or as an add-on to the chavutti thirumal yoga massage. 

please note that the chavutti yoga massage includes treating the face, head, neck, and shoulder. the add-on service will include additional time for focus on releasing these areas.
