I am a BTEC level 5 qualified Soft Tissue Therapist. I can help to reduce pain, reduce stress levels, improve sleep, help with back & neck pain, sports injuries, plantar fasciitis, strains, sprains, sciatica, headaches and many other issues. I am also qualified in ScarWork Therapy, ScarWork is a gentle, painless therapy which assists the softening of scar tissue, reduces tension created by the scar and adhesions within the body. If you cannot find a suitable appointment time online please contact me as I sometimes have availability outside of the hours shown.
