Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic these services are home visits only. This means you do not need to do any traveling whatsoever and can get any of the following services from the comfort of your own home. At NY Sports Coaching & Therapy we use a variety of techniques to treat a wide range of injuries from general aches and pains to sporting injuries. We aim to get you back feeling healthy and happy as quickly as possible. We also offer online coaching & training plans that are tailored to you!
