Issam El Halabi is one of Dubai’s most famed hairstylists. Known for being the first hairstylist to do Hair Extensions in the United Arab Emirates and his trendsetting style of hair coloring. Issam El Halabi opened his first self-titled Issam salon in 2001. We recently moved to Mövenpick Hotel Downtown.
