Hi, I’m Jack, a Level 5 Soft Tissue Sports Therapist based in Aylesbeare, Exeter, Devon. With years of experience, I provide professional sports massage helping clients recover from injury, reduce muscle tension and improve mobility. My soft tissue therapy treatments focus on the muscles, tendons and other soft tissues of the body. They support recovery from exercise, help manage chronic musculoskeletal pain and improve overall movement and flexibility.
