The special warming aromatherapy blend includes powerful ginger to stimulate your circulation system and over come sluggishness. Sweet marjoram eases muscular aches whilst lemon and eucalyptus cleanse and de-congest. This is specially blended so that some oils work instantaneously and others are longer acting ensuring the benefits of your treatment continue well after you have left the treatment room. Feel your worries and aches float away, leaving you feeling, lighter, brighter, nurtured and calm.

Aromatherapy Massage 75 minutes 

A gentle treatment of 90 minutes focusing on increasing the release of oxytocin (the 'feeling loved' hormone)  into your system to combat the elevated levels of cortisol women typically experience as they navigate perimenopause and menopause.

During the treatment, I work with various accupressure points clearing blockages in meridians associated with symptoms such as anxiety, hot flashes, night sweats, digestive issues, fatigue, headaches, muscle cramps, irregular cycles and much more.

This treatment includes a specially blended aromatherapy oil from Neals yard that helps bring balance to your system and includes clary sage, rose, geranium, and patchouli to leave you smelling gorgeous.

Part of the Hindu health care practice of Ayurveda, Indian head massage focuses on your head, neck and shoulders and was originally used to improve scalp and hair condition. It is a deep massage, using a variety of pressure and techniques, including circular massage strokes on your scalp, deep tissue work on your shoulders, and stretching the neck. 

Indian Head Massage 

Relax in the beautiful Zen Den at Zen You while you receive this ultimate treat for tired achy muscles and stressed out minds. Stone massage uses basalt rocks which comes from below the crust of our earth. Basalt is a spiritually grounding stone and this treatment involves the five different elements of chinese medicine: Fire, Earth, Metal, Water and Wood for a harmonising experience. Full of Iron and magnesium basalt holds it's heat longer than other stones.  The heat comforts and relaxes while the long flowing strokes stretch out tight, contracted muscles, leaving you feeling nurtured and connected.
