Specifically for our teenagers (13-18 years old) who are struggling with exams pressure and the stress of being a teenager in our modern society. This session involves a combination of reiki, kinesiology and guided meditation and I work specifically to help regulate their nervous system as well as give them some tools in their toolbox to help with the anxiety and overwhelm.

Using a combination of traditional reiki techniques, kinesiology, meditation, mindset coaching and intuitive healing I am able to restore life force, clear the energy field around the body, balance the chakra system, reset the nervous system and release energetic blockages that are holding you back from living in alignment with your soul purpose. This treatment aims to ease mental, emotional and physical blocks and create an increased state of wellbeing.

Energy Healing Session (in person)

It’s no secret that mums and their children have a special bond.

The mother-child energy cord is unique because it is formed in utero and has a physical base. It mirrors the umbilical cord, in that it connects a mother’s sacral chakra with her child’s sacral chakra. This means a mother’s creative and emotional energy (both linked to the sacral chakra) are directly linked to her child’s will, personal power, and mental constructs. It’s important to understand that our children can also only be as regulated as their primary caregiver - mama that’s you! How’s your nervous system feeling? Because our energies are so intertwined it makes sense to run sessions together. 

A session is done in person only and takes between and hour and an hour and 15 minutes. It incorporates a combination of reiki, kinesiology, essential oils, crystal healing and sounding healing. 

Each session is for one adult and one child only. There are no age restrictions.

Mum and Child Energy Session

Its such a gentle and complimentary way of supporting our kids and can help with disrupted sleep, anxiety, self esteem, concentration, self awareness and emotional awareness. Kids are a lot more sensitive to the energy going on around them, so 30 minute sessions are perfect for them.

Space Clearing is an ancient art practiced daily in many old cultures – from India and Bali to Peru and Morocco. Steph uses numerous ways and materials when clearing space for her clients. Just as on a physical level you see the dust and dirt accumulating in your home as a result of daily activities, the same happens on an energetic level. You may not see the dust and dirt of humans energies and emotions, but they do accumulate in any space, so it is best to have them cleared out by Steph regularly.
