Sports Massage Therapist and Personal Trainer based on Rutland Heights in Stamford. Offering Sports Massage treatments from 30mins to 120mins from my home treatment room that can be booked online. Mobile personal training sessions where I can bring equipment to your home in the Stamford area. Also offering gym based sessions from Active Performance Kings Cliffe.
