Kinesiology muscle testing also known as Applied Kinesiology is a technique used in alternative medicine to assess structural, chemical and emotional aspects of health.  It involves manually testing the strength of specific muscles to determine whether they are functioning properly.  Weakness can indicate underlying imbalances in the body that can then be addressed through various treatments such as massage, colour therapy, flower remedies, aromatherapy and chakra balancing.  Applied Kinesiology provides people with a sense of empowerment and control over their health.  It can also be a useful tool for identifying potential areas of concern which may warrant further investigation by a conventional healthcare provider.
