We focus on multiple key muscle groups, spending approximately 20 minutes on each, combining soft tissue work, assisted stretching, and trigger point therapy tailored to your specific needs.

Choose 3 muscle groups to focus on:

Neck & Back: Upper trapezius, rhomboids, and lower back release.

Hamstrings & Calves: Deep tissue, trigger points, and assisted stretches.

Quads & Hip Flexors: Massage and mobility for enhanced flexibility and performance.

Shoulders & Arms: Focus on the deltoids, biceps, and triceps, incorporating deep tissue work and assisted stretches to optimise mobility and recovery.
