Can include dry needling, cupping and exercise prescription/movement coaching. With a focus on correcting the underlying issues and mitigating triggers. Excellent for chronic pain issues, recovering from injury and improving physical performance.

Your practitioner John is highly trained, accredited through Myotherapy Association Australia and registered with all major health funds. As an evidence-based therapy, treatment may be similar to what you have experienced with a physiotherapist or osteopath but with a larger massage component.
