The Reflexologist utilses knowledge and techniques relating to acupressure and energy meridians originating from traditional Chinese Medicine. Your reflexologist will use their knowledge and skills to offer an individually tailored professional holistic massage. Through purposeful touch, Reflexology can offer many benefits including the promotion of relaxation, comfort and sleep to improve general well-being. Reflexology is a complementary therapy and as such, is not a substitute for medical advice or treatment.
