To qualify for small refills you must have 60% of your lash extensions remaining. (Roughly 2-2.5 weeks of growth) 
To qualify for medium refills you must have 50% of your lash extensions remaining
To qualify for large refills you must have 40% of your lashes remaining. (Roughly 3-4 weeks of growth) 
30% or less will require a full set.

Hybrid Refills

If you have lash extensions from another artist you will need to book a removal as well. 
If you have less than 30% of lashes left it is classed as a full set.
