We are a dog grooming business that offers one to one grooming in a calm and stress free environment, where dogs will be made to feel relaxed and safe. We both have a level 2 assistant qualification and level 3 diploma in dog grooming and salon management. We offer special additional treatments such as, a blueberry facial, mud masks and a conditioning treatment. We have both always had a love for dogs and always treat new dogs we meet as if they were our own, we assure you your dogs will be pampered with love and care every time.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review, we really appreciate your feedback. I just wanted to reach out to explain things a little further.
We’re genuinely sorry you felt our prices were high, even with the 20% discount and no flea charge. Unfortunately, because your dog had fleas during the appointment, we had to stop the groom in line with our salon policy. This policy, outlined in the consent form, ensures a clean and safe environment for all dogs.
When fleas are found, we must deep clean and flea bomb the salon immediately, which may mean cancelling other appointments. This is costly for our business but essential for the welfare of all pets.
Most groomers would have had to send your dog home, but we still provided a wash, nail trim and removed many of the fleas we found to make him comfortable — more than most could offer in that situation.
We understand things didn’t go as planned and hope you can see the reasoning behind it.

So sorry bout the situation today but it was 45 for the whole groom with 20% of and ii got charged 32 just for wash and nails cut but you are lovely lady’s

I can highly recommend Twin Combs. The young ladies who run the company are friendly and professional and my dog Tilly was extremely happy to see them again. Tilly came home beautifully groomed and happy. We will be back again soon.
