*Warning! Dove body wash can create a barrier on the skin- your tan may not turn out if you use this product before your tan!

Either shower the night before or that morning and shave/exfoliate with a mit and/or oil free exfoliant. Don't wear any deodorant or product. You can't shower for 6-8 hrs or you can sleep in it and shower the next day. Your tan will look a bit dark and uneven until you shower and then should look normal. 

You can wear the disposable undies and bra while you tan or you can wear your own if you have an old swim suit or underwear etc you don't care if it gets product on it. Wear sweats or something loose that won't rub too much.
