Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer based in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire. I specialise in helping people achieve their fitness goals and reframing their mindset around fitness and body confidence. Throughout my career I have worked with a variety of people with goals that range from losing weight, gaining muscle, increasing flexibility and movement, and general health and fitness. My aim is always to challenge my clients in a way that teaches them to appreciate all that they CAN do, while also smashing their goals to reach higher heights in the process.
