The majority of my sessions are currently conducted online, Monday to Friday. However, if you're based in the East Midlands area and would like face-to-face sessions, I can accommodate you upon request. I strive to provide flexible options to ensure that every client can access the support they need in the way that works best for them.

My standard fee for an online therapy session for adults who don't have any concessions. 

This price reflects the time, care and presence I bring to the work, as well as the ongoing training, supervision and reflection that support it.

Full priced therapy session

I believe therapy should be accessible to everyone, regardless of circumstance. 

I offer lower-cost spaces for children and young people, students, OAPs, those who may not be in a position to pay the full fee. These sessions are offered on a sliding scale, depending on what feels manageable for you.

Alongside therapy, I also offer mentoring for young adults looking for support outside of traditional counselling. Mentoring is less formal and might include:

- Exploring what matters to you and where you want to go
- Unpicking internal blocks like self-doubt, imposter syndrome or burnout
- Working on building self-belief, emotional resilience and healthier boundaries
- Supporting your decision-making or creative projects
- Helping you reconnect with purpose, energy and self-trust

This is a space to be heard, think out loud, and reconnect with what matters to you - without pressure or judgement.
