The initial consultation includes a comprehensive examination of any health concern. 

The 90 minute consult will explore your past, present and family history to create a complete picture of your health status. 

Naturopathy is a client-centred practice that focuses on treating the person holistically (whole body) to ensure your health goal is personalised. 

 Education on factors/triggers that drive ill health is identified along with a treatment plan that includes nutritional and lifestyle advice to focus on treating the root cause of your concern. 
Interventions may include nutritional supplementation, herbal medicine, medicinal teas and pathology testing. 
Initial consult includes naturopathic case, diet advice, lifestyle advice, meal plans and pathology referrals. 

To guarantee we make the most of our time together I ask you to send any pathology (blood tests, scans etc) before our consult.
