Regular cold immersion is a great way to improve your athletic performance as it helps to decrease stress and inflammation in the body, enhance recovery time and reduction in fatigue resulting in reduced risk of injury. As well as building mental and physical resilience.
We have four ice baths which accomodate both beginners and also our hard-core ice bathers, Temps can range from 3 degrees - 15 degrees.

Contrast therapy including Ice Baths and Traditional & Infrared sauna use along with time in the massage chair with our Normatec compression technology. 
At anytime throughout your session make use of the mobility zone and massage guns to compliment and aid your recovery and health. Bathroom facilities including showers to get ready for your day or to complete your time at Thrive. 

45 Minute Ultimate Wellness 

Make use of Thrive and all of our services in one session, Compression Therapy for 15-30 minutes and then Enjoys a traditional and/or Infrared sauna and/or Ice bath. Finish off your session with a complimentary warm beverage and some mobility and movement in our mobility zone. If you are coming in a small group we have some other payment options, After the first paying customer. Depending on the number of attendees. This is applied to only sessions 30 minutes or above. Applicable to Ice bath and Sauna services only, Not for Normate compression.

Private use of the Ice Baths for 60
Minutes for the use of your group only. Minimum 10 attendee's, or if less than 10 attendees minimum price is for 10. 
Includes complimentary use of the
Mobility zone.

Ice Bath group 

Private use of the Traditional & Infrared Saunas for 60 Minutes for use of your group only as a private time slot within the sauna's Minimum of 10 attendees, or pricing is for Min 10 if attendees are less then.  Includes complimentary use of the Mobility zone.

Sauna Group 

Full use of Thrive Wellness Hub in a Private time slot, Ideal for sporting groups & Teams. Wth one of our coach's to guide the session to coordinate the team in a rotation and run Mobility for a total of 60 minutes or 90 Minute durations. The session prices are per person with a minimum 15 attendees. If you have less that 15 attendees Minimum price will be for 15. Ask our Staff for a tailored quote or permanent time slot.
