Reflexology is a complementary therapy based on the belief that there are reflex areas in the feet which are believed to correspond to all organs and parts of the body. Reflexology works on an individual basis and may alleviate and improve symptoms such as everyday stress and tension.

RLD is an award winning reflexology technique which focuses on stimulating the lymphatic reflexes on the feet. The aim is to cause an effect on the lymphatic system in the body. It is a unique sequence that has been researched and developed by Sally Kay,.

AdRx is a distinct form of treatment that is based on reflexology and is integrated with conventional physiotherapy. AdRx is used to detect and treat spinal injury, which may contribute to pain in other parts of the body. In common with reflexology, AdRx involves the application of pressure to the skin of the feet. In contrast, an AdRx practitioner focuses specifically on treating the spine and related structures through stimulating spinal reflex points in the foot, using techniques which are unique to AdRx.
