The Wellbeing Service

Massage

A relaxing, personalised beauty treatment including cleanse, tone, exfoliation, mask, facial massage and moisturise; with an optional hand & arm or head massage during the mask.

Facial

A seated, moderate pressure massage where pressure points in the back, neck, shoulder, scalp and face are manipulated to ease tension and promote relaxation.

Indian Head Massage

Advice on essential oils.

A heavy pressure massage that targets chronic tension, adhesions, scar tissue and injuries in the deeper layers of muscles. 

Deep Tissue Massage

A full-body, light pressure massage with a blend of essential oils tailored to your needs.

Aromatherapy Massage

A seated, light-to-moderate pressure massage to ease tension.

Back, Neck and Shoulder massage

A light-to-moderate pressure massage to relieve tired legs and feet.

Foot and Leg Massage

A moderate pressure massage where points on the foot are manipulated in order to address client concerns.

Reflexology

A moderate pressure full body massage where the body's soft tissues are manipulated through techniques like kneading and long strokes to promote relaxation, relieve tension, and improve circulation.

Swedish Massage

A head-to-toe pamper experience combining elements of Swedish Body Massage, Indian Head Massage and Hand and Foot Reflexology techniques. Aromatherapy oils are included in this package, if the client wishes.

An optional 30 minute Facial add on can be added for an additional £15
