Hannah was lovely. Receptionists at the spa and at the main desk were friendly and very kind. It was refreshing as a student to have kindness reciprocated. In my experience, this is not always the case because I think people have had bad experiences with other students,  so they are not always receptive to kindness let alone reciprocate it.
