Focuses on specific areas of discomfort and is a combination of Swedish Massage, Connective (Deep) Tissue Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy and Neuromuscular Therapy. Description of each below.

Can be either Half body or Full body. 


Swedish massage warms up the muscles. It is effective for improving circulation of blood & lymph, relaxing muscles, improving joint mobility & inducing general relaxation. 

Connective (Deep) Tissue Therapy also known as myofascial release.. this technique stretches fascial sheets, breaks/loosens fascial adhesions (knots) & leaves tissue softer & more pliable.

Trigger Point Therapy helps to break up knots that can occur anywhere in the body. It feels like a nodule, can be tender to touch & can radiate pain to other areas within the body. Deactivation of primary trigger points provide relief from pain and begins to restore full function back to the muscle. 

Neuromuscular Therapy are specific pressure techniques that address muscle imbalances. 


Therapeutic Massage

Full body flow. No specific focal points. Provides a full body release of tension & promotes relaxation (Swedish).

Classic Massage 

The sound & vibrations from the crystal bowls help to restore normal frequency to our cells, and removes and clears energy blockages within physical, emotional and spiritual bodies.

Crystal Bowl Sound Therapy

(ADD ON to a Massage or Energy Healing Service ONLY) A therapeutic & holistic practice using sound & vibration from crystal sound bowls or Himalayan bowls to promote relaxation within the body thus activating the body innate self healing process. Sound healing restores balance, clears energy blockages, reduces stress & anxiety, improves sleep & etc.

A polarity massage is a holistic bodywork technique that aims to balance the body's energy flow through gentle touch and manipulation of pressure points, promoting relaxation and overall well-being.

Polarity Massage 

This service is to treat headaches/migraines and includes a Thai Massage Sequence, Sandalwood face mask & Foot reflexology. 

Headache/Migraine Treatment

A combination of pressure techniques, joint modifications assisted yoga-like stretching. Thai massage stimulates the body’s self healing processes and corrects energy imbalances. This session is systematic and free flowing from one body region to the next. Performed on the floor on a mat or on a table. Both client and therapist are clothed and little to no oil is used.
