Reflexology is a holistic therapy based on the principle that specific points on the feet correspond to different organs and systems in the body. By applying pressure to these reflex points, reflexologists aim to promote balance, relaxation, and overall well-being. to stimulate healing and balance throughout the entire body. The experience is deeply relaxing, yet subtly energizing, leaving you feeling refreshed, rebalanced, and often lighter both physically and emotionally.

Reflexology 

An Indian head massage is a traditional Ayurvedic therapy that focuses on the head, neck, shoulders, upper back, and face. It’s designed to release tension, boost circulation, and promote relaxation and clarity.
Session lasts 45 mins - 1hr 

Indian head Massage 

Full-body treatment: Back, legs, arms, hands, shoulders, neck, stomach, feet and face.
A relaxing Swedish massage focuses on calming the nervous system, relieving tension, and promoting a sense of total relaxation. It uses gentle to moderate pressure and smooth, flowing strokes to ease both body and mind.
Each session I use different aromatherapy massage oils blended especially for you✨

Fully body Swedish Massage 

 A crystal healing session is a holistic therapy that uses the energetic properties of crystals to balance the body, mind, and spirit
Crystals are selected based on your energy needs (e.g., rose quartz for love and emotional healing, amethyst for stress relief, black tourmaline for grounding).
Crystals are placed on or around the chakras (energy centers), hands, feet, or specific areas I feel drawn too. 

Crystal Healing 

Reiki is an energetic healing method founded by Dr Mikao Usui in Japan.
The word Reiki derives from the Japanese words ‘Rei’ meaning Universal and ‘Ki’ which is life force energy that flows through all living things. Ki is constantly flowing through us - it is what gives us life 
However sometimes this flow can become blocked , causing an unbalance, which can manifest physically as a illness, injury or disease . Reiki is channelled by a attuned practitioner to the major energy centres ( the chakras ) to clear blockages and promote a smooth flow of Ki so healing can occur.
