We are a cutting-edge Recovery Lab at 15 Bank Street, Templemore, offering the latest in recovery and performance technology. Our services include a high-pressure Oxygen Chamber and a Cryotherapy Chamber, one of only two in Ireland reaching -190°C. We have a high-powered infra-red body and myofascial roller, an infra-red sauna, compression boots, ice baths, and a jacuzzi. We also provide Radial and Focal Shockwave therapy.
